Movement in my portfolio in Feb:-
Sold:- Nil
Bought:- SingTel
Dividends collected this month: $2,059.48

2018 avg dividends/month: $1,235.09 [32.6% up cf. 2017]

Boring process of building up my passive income portfolio brick-by-brick (bit-by-bit).

Comments:
1. After the high in January, small correction of STI this month.  A timely reminder of the pitfall in the stock market.

2. Sembcorp Industries returned to familiar red territory.

3. Current worst performing counter: Duty Free Int'l (18.6% unrealised loss).

  1. HI Passive Income Farmer,

I am also queuing for Singtel @ 3.33. How much did you buy yours at this month?

ps your dividends increase is so much!

    1. Hi MIM,

I got it at $3.37. Perhaps went in a bit too early.

The increase in dividends is due to the increase in REIT holdings and also the advance dividend distribution from AIMSAMPI Cap Ind Reit in Jan.

      Cheers.

    1. Hi Alucard,

I first bought them before 2013 amd have added them these few years. I will hold on to them for now, else I will be even more REIT heavy. HaHa.

      Cheers,
      Farmer.

    1. Hi Alucard,

Thanks for your visit and comment. REITs are not bad, at least to me. All my REIT counters are in positive territory with sufficient safety margin. Actually I am considering adding more.

      Cheers,
      Farmer.

    1. Hi Anthony,

I will just stay calm and collect dividends from KIT.

      Cheers,
      Farmer.
