SMRT - flashback to the beginning
Ironically, just after the announcement of the fare hike, MRT has another major breakdown on Monday, Jan 20. About 19,000 commuters were affected.
Nowadays, MRT breakdowns have become the norms rather than the occasional hiccups. It makes a mockery of SMRT's vision: "Moving People, Enhancing Lives".
