Movement in my portfolio in Feb:-
Sold:- Nil
Bought:- OCBC Bank, SPH Reit.
Dividends collected in Feb: $826.69
2015 avg dividends/month: $497.81 [37.46% up at this stage cf. 2014]
Boring process of building up my passive income portfolio brick-by-brick (bit-by-bit).
Back to society: Made a contribution to an old folk home.
Hi PIF
ReplyDeleteGood additions there.
Any particular reason why you had bought SPH Reit?
Hi B,
ReplyDeleteGood observation. I want to maintain 30% reits in my portfolio and so I accumulates SPH Reit, which the price is not sky high like some of the other quality reits.
Cheers,
Farmer.
