Boring process of building up my passive income portfolio brick-by-brick (bit-by-bit).  

Back to society: Made a contribution to an old folk home.

    Any particular reason why you had bought SPH Reit?

    Good observation. I want to maintain 30% reits in my portfolio and so I accumulates SPH Reit, which the price is not sky high like some of the other quality reits.
