  1. Hi PIF,

It is impressive that you took just three years to ramp up your monthly dividend income by more than 200%. Hope your predictions come true!

    1. Hi SRSI,

As your are solely on Reits, your ramming up should be more fantastic. Though, do look into diversification to lower risk.

      Cheers,
      Farmer.

  3. Hi pif,

Wow, looks good! But with such a high % of reits, will u have the means to participate in rights issue if and when it appears. For reits it's not a question of whether they will do it, it's a matter of when.

    Good luck for 2015, good health and may it be a fulfilling year ;

    1. Hi la papillion,

Reits are just 30% of my portfolio. It is those right issues that small investors that can't participate that worry me. Haha.

Yes, good luck, good health and may it be a fulfilling 2015 for everyone.

      Cheers,
      Farmer.

    2. The big 5 "S" will probably cover enough for any rights issue raised. Hahaha.

That's an impressive increase in dividend in the short years!!! Multi returns :)

    3. Hi B,

Your portfolio is the one truly solid and impressive. When my projection is 7.8K, perhaps an 8K target is too simple for me? Probably I should target for 9K, though it may be a bit overstretching unless some "S" help with a special dividend. Haha.

      Cheers,
      Farmer.

  4. Hi PIF,

The growth in dividend is very impressive. Farmer is the best job in the coming tens of years as far as Jim Rogers is concern.

Being an Income Farmer is also not too bad!

    All the best...

    2. From Jim Rogers....

A: Agriculture is very exciting for many reasons. We’re running out of farmers worldwide. More people in America study public relations, not agriculture. The average age of farmers in America is 58. In Japan, it’s 66. So if you want to get rich, become a farmer, not a stock broker.

Stock brokers will be driving taxis in the next few years. The farmers are going to be driving Lamborghinis. Sugar prices, for example, are down 75 percent from all-time highs. Learn about agriculture, don’t learn about finance.
